Provided herein are constructs comprising antigen binding domains of memory B cell IgM antigen receptors, including but not limited to recombinant constructs with antigen binding domains of memory B cell IgM antigen receptors that bind an antigen of interest, expressed in an IgM isotype acceptor antibody framework.
