Disinfectant compositions containing hypochlorous acid and acetic acid are useful for treating biofilms in or on tissue, such as biofilms associated with wounds or other skin trauma. The composition is useful for treating various types of tissue both on and below the surface of the tissue. Compositions are provided with varying concentrations for different tissue types and infection levels.
