PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ophthalmologic examination system capable of coping with various situations that occur in a remote examination.SOLUTION: An internal examiner terminal is used by an internal examiner in a facility where an ophthalmologic examination device is installed. An external examination terminal is used by an external examiner outside the facility. A management device can communicate with the ophthalmologic examination device, the internal examiner terminal, and the external examiner terminal respectively through a communication line. The management device includes a communication establishment part and an information transfer part. The communication establishment part establishes the communication between at least two devices selected from the ophthalmologic examination device, the internal examiner terminal, and the external examiner terminal. The information transfer part transfers the information transmitted from one device of the at least two devices for which communication is established by the communication establishment part to another device.
