The present invention relates to a pull and cut type weeder and an apparatus thereof which can remove weeds by pulling force by installing a weeder. More specifically, the pull and cut type weeding apparatus includes at least one weeder, a tool bar combined to an installation bracket and a pulling device to pull the weeder. The weeder includes: a support； a weeding blade which is connected to a lower part of the support, and cuts a root part of the weeds by the pulling force of the pulling device； a rotary roller which is installed at both sides of the support to be arranged on an upper part of the weeding blade, and transfers the weeds cut by the weeding blade to a rear part and discharges the cut weeds while pulverizing and disturbing the surface of the soil； a motor to generate dynamic power by being installed in the support； a power delivery part to deliver the dynamic power generated from the motor to the rotary roller； and the installation bracket connected to an upper part of the support to be connected to the pulling device. Thus, the pull and cut type weeder of the apparatus can minimize the power required in weeding and can simplify the structure of the weeding apparatus.본 발명은 제초장치에 장착하여 견인력으로 잡초를 제거할 수 있는 견인 절단식 제초 기구 및 장치에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세히, 견인 절단식 제초 장치는, 지지대, 지지대의 하단에 연결되며, 견인 장치의 견인력에 의해 잡초의 뿌리부를 절단하는 제초날, 제초날의 상부에 배치되도록 지지대의 양 측면에 설치되어, 토양 표면을 파쇄 교란하면서 제초날에 의해 절단된 잡초를 후방으로 이송 배출시키는 회전 롤러, 지지대 내부에 설치되어 동력을 발생시키는 모터, 모터로부터 발생된 동력을 회전 롤러에 전달하는 동력 전달부 및 견인 장치와의 연결을 위해 지지대의 상단에 연결되는 장착 브라켓을 포함하는 적어도 하나 이상의 제초 기구, 장착 브라켓과 결합되는 툴바 및 상기 툴바와 연결되어 상기 제초 기구를 견인시키는 견인 장치를 포함한다. 따라서, 제초에 필요한 동력을 최소화할 수 있고, 제초장치의 구조를 단순화할 수 있다.
