PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pharmaceutical preparation having an excellent performance to give almost no injury to the intestinal mucosa.SOLUTION: The pharmaceutical preparation of the present invention containing pharmacologically active substances and agents for accelerating medicine absorption, the preparation is characterized by formulating with taurin compounds. The taurin compounds having activities for inhibiting and preventing the injuries in the intestinal mucosa. Therefore, taurin compounds are formulated with the pharmaceutical composition containing the pharmacologically active substances and agents for accelerating medicine absorption, so that the injuries being caused by the agents for accelerating medicine absorption can be inhibited or protected.COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO【課題】 本発明は、腸管粘膜に殆ど損傷を与えない優れた性能を備えている医薬組成物を提供することを課題とする。【解決手段】 本発明は、薬理活性物質及び薬物吸収促進剤を含有する医薬組成物において、タウリン化合物を配合したことを特徴とする医薬組成物である。タウリン化合物は、腸管粘膜の損傷を抑制又は防止する作用を有する。それ故、薬理活性物質及び薬物吸収促進剤を含有する医薬組成物にタウリン化合物を配合して、薬物吸収促進剤による腸管粘膜の損傷を抑制又は防止することができる。
