PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical hair restoration device that can contribute to reducing variations in near infrared light irradiation positions in each use.SOLUTION: An optical hair restoration device 1 includes a light source part 60, a control part 40 and a notification part 80. The control part 40 performs reference information acquisition processing, blood vessel information collation processing, and notification processing. In the reference information acquisition processing, when a near infrared light irradiation position for a light receiving person is a reference irradiation position, reference information which is blood vessel information on the position of the light receiving persons blood vessel is generated based on a light receiving signal. In the blood vessel information collation processing, when an irradiation position of the light source part 60 is set for the use of the optical hair restoration device 1, blood vessel information is generated based on the light receiving signal, and the blood vessel information and the reference information are collated. In the notification processing, a notification signal is output to the notification part 80 based on the result of the collation in the blood vessel information collation processing.
