Pharmaceutical kits for treating cancer are disclosed herein. The pharmaceutical kit includes an agonist and engineered natural killer cells. Agonists can increase tumor-associated antigen expression in cancer cells, and then targeted and destroyed by engineered natural killer cells with tumor-associated antigen-specific chimeric antigen receptors.
