PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stretchable sheet comprising air permeability because of presence of open holes, and in which no hole is formed on an outer layer.SOLUTION: A production method of a stretchable sheet comprises a supply step for interposing a stretchable elastic film 30 in an extended state, between a first sheet layer 21 having no flexibility, and a second sheet layer 22 having no flexibility. In the supply step, thermofusion energy is applied to a region of plural joint parts which are arranged at intervals by a thermofusion device from outside of the first sheet layer 21 and second sheet layer 22, for melting the elastic film 30, and the first sheet layer 21 and the second sheet layer 22 are jointed through the elastic film or jointed directly at the plural joint parts. The elastic film 30 is rolled around a facing roller 63 and then is rolled around an anvil roller 60, and the elastic film 30 is extended by making peripheral velocity of the anvil roller 60 faster than that of the facing roller 63.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
