PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a purified liquid (B) obtained by a purification process for a vacuum dry distillate of tea leaves (A) through adsorption/desorption using an adsorbent and a production process therefor, and to provide external agents such as antiperspirants containing the purified liquid.
SOLUTION: When the vacuum dry distillate of tea leaves (A) obtained by dry distillation of tea leaves under a reduced pressure is subjected to the purification process through adsorption/desorption using an adsorbent, the purification process is performed using, as indexes, numerical values Y, R, B of yellow cells, red cells, and blue cells observed by Lovibond method, whereby the purified liquid (B) showing an excellent deodorizing property is obtained.
