The supporting body (2) is fixed to the hard palate connecting end (1) removably or non-removably. A connecting structure (11) connected with the hard palate (6) is disposed on the hard palate connecting end (1). The hard palate connecting end (1) is fixed to the hard palate (6) by the connecting structure (11). The supporting body (2) is implanted into muscular layers of the soft palate (7), the supporting body (2) being inserted into the soft palate (7) by a length equal to 1/5 to 4/5 of the total length of the soft palate (7).
