PURPOSE: An automatic processing apparatus for ramie leaf is provided for automatic processing and storage, thereby maintaining the freshness of the ramie leaf.CONSTITUTION: A cutter(10) having a reciprocating blade is formed on the top part of a transfer table. A conveyor(20) transfers the cut ramie leaf to one direction and drops the ramie leaf at a certain height. A ramie selector(30) selects the ramie leaf by using the difference of the drift distance of the ramie leaf, based on the gravity difference between the stem and leaf of ramie. A cleansing device(40) cleanses the selected ramie leaf. The cleansed ramie leaf is steamed in a steaming box(50). A cooling device(60) cools the steamed ramie leaf. A dehydrator(70) dehydrates the cooled ramie leaf by using centrifugal force. The conveyor consists of an elevating conveyor(21) and a horizontal conveyor(22).COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013[Reference numerals] (AA) Water (BB) Vapor본 발명은 모싯잎 자동 처리 장치에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 모시풀의 잎인 모싯잎을 송편 등의 재료로 사용할 수 있도록 처리함에 있어 종래의 수작업이 아닌 모시풀절단기와, 컨베이어와, 모싯잎선별기와, 세척기와, 증숙기와, 냉각기와, 탈수기의 일련의 구성을 통해 야지에서 생산된 모시풀을 채취하여 절단에서부터 줄기와 모싯잎의 선별, 증숙 및 세척 후 탈수에 이르는 전반적인 공정을 자동화할 수 있는 모싯잎 자동 처리 장치에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 따른 모싯잎 자동 처리 장치는, 줄기에 모싯잎이 달린 상태의 모시풀이 연속적으로 이송되며 소정 크기로 절단되도록 이송테이블의 상부에 상하 왕복되는 절단날이 구비된 모시풀절단기와 상기 모시풀절단기에 의해 절단된 모시풀을 일방으로 이송시켜 소정 높이에서 낙하시키는 컨베이어와 상기 컨베이어의 일단에서 낙하되는 절단된 모시풀이 비산되도록 상기 절단된 모시풀에 풍력을 가하여 줄기와 모싯잎의 비중차에 따른 비산거리의 차이를 이용하여 상기 절단된 모시풀로부터 모싯잎을 선별하는 모싯잎선별기를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
