PURPOSE: An ion beam profiler, an ion beam filter, and an ion beam generator including the ion beam filter are provided to measure the energy distribution of an ion beam in real time and to pass only the ion beam of a desired wavelength range.CONSTITUTION: An ion beam profiler comprises a flash detection module (1210), a photoelectric conversion module (1220), and an analysis module (1230). The flash detection module generates light in response to ion beams. The photoelectric conversion module converts light into an electric pulse. The analysis module calculates the energy distribution and travel route of the ion beams by analyzing the electric pulse.
