PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide surface properties of a fixture for strengthening the fixing with an alveolar bone, and stably and safely retaining an implant in the long term, in a fixture of an osseointegrated implant.SOLUTION: In a dental implant, a fixture 18 to be implanted in an alveolar bone has areas with different surface properties. As for the surface property, the fixture has the different surface-property areas separated into the side of an apical portion 24 and the side of a neck portion 26. An integrated state thereof with the alveolar bone for accelerating osseointegration is different depending on the surface property. The side of the neck portion 26 of the fixture is of titanium or titanium alloy having fine irregularities formed thereon. The side of the apical portion 24 is of hydroxyapatite.
