A humidifying device (1) for medical gases, in particular an unused oxygen therapy bubble humidifier, comprising: a container (2) for containing liquid having an opening (5) closed by a cap (8) , a bubbler (3) which extends inside the container and with an air path along the cap (8) extending between an inlet system (11) and the bubbler (3), the cap (8) comprising a first portion (8a) which is connected to the opening (5) and a second rotatable portion (8b) which is coupled to said first portion (8a) and which has a receiving seat (10) for a medical gas inlet system (11) suitable for connection to the flow meter.
