PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an image quality deterioration that occurs when stopping a reset operation, by a simple configuration without imposing a restriction to other operation or consuming a time and labor.SOLUTION: When an X-ray irradiation from an X-ray source 13 is detected, a radiographing control device 23 stops a series of reset operation performed in an electric cassette 21 and shifts it to an accumulation operation. When the accumulation operation of the X ray is stopped, the radiographing control device starts a reading operation from a head line of array pixels 37.
