PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid ejection device running by a compact pump.SOLUTION: A fluid ejection device 100 includes: a pulsation generation section 30 changing a volume of a fluid chamber and ejecting pulsation flow a fluid supply section 10 supplying fluid to the pulsation generation section 30 a drive control section 50 inputting a driving signal to individual sections and an operation command input section 40. A fluid supply driving signal driving the fluid supply section 10 for supplying the fluid to the pulsation generation section 30 and a pulsation flow driving signal driving volume change means for ejecting the fluid as pulsation flow are input in operative association with input of an operation command. More specifically, ejection and a stop of the fluid can be in the operative association with pulsation flow generation, a stop thereof and feeding water to a pump. Accordingly, necessary and sufficient continuous ejection can be obtained even when a fluid amount secured in the fluid supply section 10 is small and the pump is compact by causing the fluid supply driving signal and the pulsation flow driving signal to be in the operative association with each other and narrowing down the continuous ejection to a necessary and sufficient range.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】コンパクトなポンプで稼動する流体噴射装置を提供する。【解決手段】流体噴射装置100は、流体室の容積を変化させて脈動流を噴射する脈動発生部30と、脈動発生部30に流体を供給する流体供給部10と、それぞれに駆動信号を入力する駆動制御部50と、作動指令入力部40とを有し、流体を脈動発生部30に供給するために流体供給部10を駆動する流体供給駆動信号と、流体を脈動流として噴射するために容積変更手段を駆動する脈動流駆動信号とが、作動指令の入力に連動して入力される。つまり、流体の噴射および停止と、脈動流生成および停止およびポンプへの給水とを連動させることができる。従って、流体供給駆動信号と脈動流駆動信号とを互いに連動させて連続噴射を必要充分な範囲にしぼることで、流体供給部に確保する流体の量が少なく、コンパクトなポンプでも必要充分な連続噴射が得られる。【選択図】図1
