A composition for use in the prevention and/or treatment of colorectal cancer in a patient, comprising: a) a compound of Formula (I), where R1, R2, and R3 are, each one and independently, hydrogen or a protector group, wherein said protector group may consist of an alkyl group, a cycloalkyl group, a heterocyclic cycloalkyl group, a hydroxyalkyl group, a halogenated alkyl group, an alkoxyalkyi group, an alkenyl group, an alkynyl group, an aryl group, a heterocyclic aryl group, an alkylaryl group, an ester group, a carbonate group, a carboxylic acid group, an aldehyde group, a ketone group, a urethane group, a silyl group, a sulfoxide group or a combination thereof； R5, R6, R7, R8, R9 and R10 are, each one and independently, hydrogen, hydroxyl or an -OR4 group, where R4 is a protector group according to the previous definition； and b) at least one chemotherapeutic agent.L'invention concerne une composition pour son utilisation dans la prévention et/ou le traitement du cancer colorectal chez un patient, comprenant : a) un composé de formule (I), où R1, R2, et R3 sont, chacun et indépendamment, un atome d'hydrogène ou un groupe protecteur, ledit groupe protecteur pouvant être constitué d'un groupe alkyle, d'un groupe cycloalkyle, d'un groupe cycloalkyle hétérocyclique, d'un groupe hydroxyalkyle, d'un groupe alkyle halogéné, d'un groupe alcoxyalkyle, d'un groupe alcényle, d'un groupe alcynyle, d'un groupe aryle, d'un groupe aryle hétérocyclique, d'un groupe alkylaryle, d'un groupe ester, d'un groupe carbonate, d'un groupe acide carboxylique, d'un groupe aldéhyde, d'un groupe cétone, d'un groupe uréthane, d'un groupe silyle, d'un groupe sulfoxyde ou d'une combinaison de ceux-ci, R5, R6, R7, R8, R9 et R10 sont, chacun et indépendamment, un atome d'hydrogène, un groupe hydroxyle ou un groupe-OR4, où R4 est un groupe protecteur selon la définition précédente ； et b) au moins un agent chimiothérapeutique.
