PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biological information measurement apparatus and method capable of accurately measuring biological information.SOLUTION: An electromagnetic wave applying unit 140 applies to a living body, two electromagnetic waves having different frequencies. A reflected wave receiving unit 150 receives reflection of the applied electromagnetic waves, and a correlation value calculation unit 161 calculates a correlation value of the reflected waves.
