The present invention relates to a dental implant and, more specifically, to a dental implant which: includes an upper impact buffering unit comprising one or more horizontal penetrating holes on a lower coupling axis of an abutment; includes a lower impact buffering unit comprising cutting units which form coupling legs or other horizontal penetrating holes at the lower part of the upper impact buffering unit; and arranges the horizontal penetrating holes of the upper impact buffering unit and the cutting units or other horizontal penetrating holes of the lower impact buffering unit to be crossed each other in a circumference direction of the abutment: thereby the upper impact buffering unit and the lower impact buffering unit of the abutment complementarily absorbing stress applied from outside and, as a result, minimizing dead zone of stress dispersion of bite force against the abutment through even dispersion of the stress applied from outside. The present invention: arranges the horizontal penetrating holes of the upper impact buffering unit and the cutting unit or other horizontal penetrating holes of the lower impact buffering unit to be crossed each other in the circumference direction of the abutment, thereby evenly allocating material rigidity or impact absorbing power of the abutment through 360°; of cross section of the abutment.
