PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drug removing filter, a drug removing system and a drug removing method that suppress hemolysis and realize reduction in removal time with a simple facility.SOLUTION: A drug removing filter 1 comprises: a cylindrical column 2 that has an inlet 2a for introducing a blood preparation and has an outlet 2b for discharging the blood preparation； and fibrous active carbon 3 that is stored in the cylindrical column 2 and can execute adsorptive removal of a drug. The fibrous active carbon 3 has: a specific surface area of 1200 m/g or more and 3000 m/g or less； an L/D ratio of 0.5 or more and 4.4 or less when being stored in the cylindrical column 2 in diameter D and height L； and a ventilation pressure loss of 0.010 kPa or more and 0.100 kPa or less.
