PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a patch for external use having excellent percutaneous absorbability of a medicament, high safety for skin, excellent stability of the medicament in a pressure-sensitive adhesive base, and good developing properties of pharmaceutical effects in the patch for external use including loxoprofen or an alkali addition salt thereof.SOLUTION: The patch for external use includes the loxoprofen or alkali addition salt thereof in the pressure-sensitive adhesive base.
