An object of the present invention is to provide a self-massage roller that can tightly and securely disentangle a solidified portion by closely adhering to a skeleton or a muscle, sinking to a shape suitable for a body, and moving in that state. An inner shaft (1) is made of a hard thin material of a hollow cylinder and bent in an elliptical shape depending on the weight, and an outer frame (2) is made of a thick, flexible rebound resilient material to be softer and softer by the weight.
