PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pants-shaped disposable diaper excellent in slip-off preventing properties and wearing feeling.
SOLUTION: The pants-shaped disposable diaper is constituted so that the region D between the upper virtual straight line L1, which mutually connects the upper ends of the elastic members positioned at the uppermost parts of a pair of respective side seal parts S and S, and the lower virtual straight line L2, which mutually connects the lower ends of the elastic members positioned at the lowermost parts of a pair of the respective side seal parts S and S, is divided into four strip-like regions 1F-4F same in width extending in the width direction of the diaper and, when the four strip-like regions are successively set to a first region 1F-a fourth region 4F from the upper virtual straight line side toward the lower virtual straight line side, the average shrink force of the second region and the average shrink force of the fourth region are respectively larger than the shrink force of the third region, the shrink force of the fourth region of the abdominal side part is larger than the shrink force of the fourth region of the back side part and the average shrink force of the second region is large than that of the first region.
