The present invention provides a hot pack with detachable suction cups, comprising: a lower surface (100B) of a silicone hot pack, having a suction cup (H1) attached to a lower side thereof； and a snap button (110A) made of lead, to be inserted into the silicone hot pack. The hot pack of the present invention provides an improvement that resolves the disadvantage of a conventional sticker hot pack by including, on four corners of one side of a regular square hot pack, four suction cups attached 3 cm away from each corner. In particular, the four silicone suction cups directly couple the hot pack to a human body, thus enabling direct heat transfer； can be detached therefrom when desired； and are made of silicone material, and thus can be cut using a cutter by a consumer if desired. The conventional sticker-type detachable hot pack, once detached after a single use, was discarded or the back side thereof was substantially soiled.
