A manual opening and closing device (90) for a pipe is installed on a vertical frame (101) of the support frame (100). In the manual opening and closing device (90), a rolling pipe rotating shaft is horizontally connected to the left lateral surface frame (30) or the right lateral surface frame (40). The plastic sheets are wound on or unwound from the rolling pipe rotating shaft (1) to be vertically moved. According to the present invention, when the plastic sheets of the plastic greenhouse are manually wound or unwound, one end of the manual opening and closing device supporting the plastic sheets is combined with the vertical frame of the support frame protruding to the front of the left and right lateral surface frames, and an anchor is formed of a frame fixing part and a pile fixing part.
