The web conveying device (100) is provided with: a crotch holding bar (110) for holding in a conveyable manner an intermediate web (6) with the intermediate web (6) stretched, the intermediate web (6) having been folded in two in the direction in which the crotch section (20) is separated from waist sections and a conveying mechanism (120) which, with the crotch section (20) held by the crotch holding bar (110), conveys and delivers the intermediate web (6) to a joining device (200) and a cutting device (300).
