PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a work implement including a soil collection plate capable of collecting soil in a sufficient amount to a recess such as a tire trace and improving trace elimination performance.SOLUTION: The work implement is mounted at a rear part of a travel machine body, travels according to a forward travel of the travel machine body while rotating a tillage rotor and tills a farm field, and includes a soil collection plate capable of collecting soil into a recess formed on a field surface by passing of the travel machine body. The soil collection plate has a tabular part collecting soil.
