The present invention provides an electronic wound record system, comprising: a woundcare host which connects to at least one mobile device having camera function and function for connecting the internet to receive and deliver messages and electronic mails, information device, and management device, comprising: a data receiving/delivering module, an internet and mail message management module, an information module, and an account and authority management module, wherein data receiving/delivering module, the internet and mail message management module, the information module, and the management module are connected to each other. Through the present invention, the medical professionals or patients can upload the wound photos, medical images, wound treatment data, results of the medical tests, and messages to the electronic wound record system of the present invention. The system also links to hospitals patient record system for information exchange. Therefore, the medical professionals can provide better and instant services based on above the information. The present invention can be a bridge between the hospitals and patients, so the wound care can be well implemented.本創作提供一種傷口電子病歷系統,其包含:一傷口照護主機,與至少一個具有照相及連接網路以收發郵件或網路訊息功能的行動裝置、資訊裝置及管理裝置連接,該主機其包含:一資料接收/發送模組、一網路及郵件訊息管理模組、一資訊模組以及一帳號暨權限管理模組;其中該資料接收/發送模組、該網路及郵件訊息管理模組、該資訊模組及該帳號暨權限管理模組相互連接。利用本創作,醫護人員或病人可將傷口照片、影像、傷口處置記錄及各項檢查記錄、訊息互動等傳送至本創作之傷口電子病歷系統,整合各科別資料,集中於此系統並且醫護人員可根據上述資訊提供病人更完善及快速之服務。本系統可作為醫療院所和民眾的溝通橋樑,使得傷口照護更佳落實。
