The present invention relates to a composition for increasing the expression of a growth factor gene, the composition comprising core-shell structured microparticles as an active ingredient. When administered in vivo along with a gene, the composition for increasing the expression of a growth factor gene, according to the present invention, may increase the expression of the co-administered gene by at least 30% or higher. Especially, when administered along with at least one type of gene, appropriate for the present invention, selected from a human hepatocyte growth factor (HGF) gene, a variant gene of the human HGF and a mutant gene thereof, or at least one type of gene, appropriate for the present invention, selected from a human insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF-1) gene, a variant gene of the human IGF-1 and a mutant gene thereof, the composition may increase the expression of the gene by at least 30% or higher.
