An embodiment of the present invention provides a buoy member which uses expanded polypropylene, and which includes: a main body unit having an insertion groove therein and formed in a cylindrical shape and an insert unit coupled to the insertion groove and coupled with inflating force to pressurize an inner wall of the insertion groove to an outward direction.
