This invention relates to a fishing light control module structure, comprising a first housing containing therein a first receiving space, an illumination assembly and a second housing containing therein a second receiving space. The first housing is tightly assembled with the second housing, and the first and second receiving spaces of the first and second housings are provided therein with the illumination assembly. The illumination assembly comprises a circuit board having an illumination component and a control module and at least one battery. The control module of the circuit board includes a timer, a timing trigger unit, a power unit connected with the battery, a bypass unit and a constant voltage biasing unit. The timer is electrically connected with the timing trigger unit to form a timing circuit used to set the oscillation frequency. In addition, the timer is electrically connected with the power unit, the bypass unit and the constant voltage biasing unit, respectively. Accordingly, when the output waveform is at high level, the timer carries out voltage division and triggers the constant voltage biasing unit, thereby enabling the periodic scintillation of the illumination component. Thus, the effect of scintillation delay time can be achieved to reduce power consumption.
