The present invention relates to novel co-crystal forms of the compound of formula (I) wherein the co-former molecule is selected from glycolic acid, salicylic acid, decanoic (capric) acid, gentisic acid (2,5-dihydroxybenzoic acid), glutaric acid, vanillic acid (4- hydroxy-3-methoxybenzoic acid), succinic acid, malonic acid or maltol (3-hydroxy-2- methyl-4-pyrone) and to processes for their preparation, to pharmaceutical compositions containing such co-crystals, to the use of such co-crystals in the manufacture of a medicament for use in the prevention of arterial thrombotic complications in patients with coronary artery, cerebrovascular or peripheral vascular disease and to methods of treating such diseases in the human or animal body by administering a therapeutically effective amount of a co-crystal of the compound of formula (I).La presente invención se refiere a nuevas formas de co-cristales del compuesto de fórmula (I) donde la molécula co-formadas se seleccionan de ácido glicólico, ácido salicílico, ácido decanoico (cáprico), ácido gentísico (ácido 2,5-dihidroxibenzoico), ácido glutárico, vanílico ácido (4-hidroxi-3-metoxibenzoico), ácido succínico, ácido malónico o ácido maltol(3-hidroxi-2-metil-4- pirona) y a procesos para su preparación, composiciones farmacéuticas que contienen tales co-cristales, al uso de tales co- cristales en la fabricación de un medicamento para uso en la prevención de complicaciones arteriales trombóticas en pacientes con arteria coronaria, enfermedad cerebrovascular o vascular periférica y a métodos para tratae tales enfermedades en el cuerpo humano o animal mediante la administración de una cantidad terapéuticamente efectiva de un co-cristal del compuesto de fórmula (I).
