The present invention relates to a complete knee prosthesis comprising a revision femoral component, a tibial insert plus a metallic tibial tray along with means of attaching the inserts to the femur and tibia respectively. The femoral component and tibial tray present a cylinder machined internally in order to permit its attachment to the bone by means of a straight or oblique rod, with capacity for adjusting the inclination to the anatomy of the patient. The tibial tray has a keel that provides increased stability and resistance to rotation with minimum impact on the bone.
