PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stretchable sheet 10 having satisfactory stretchability and sufficiently exhibiting functions that various kinds of functional materials have.
SOLUTION: In the stretchable sheet 10, a large number of elastic filaments 13 or elastic belt-like bodies arrayed so as to be extended in one direction without intersecting one another are joined between a first extensible non-stretchable sheet 11 and a second extensible non-stretchable sheet 12 over the whole strength of them substantially in a non-stretched state. The functional materials 30 which impart prescribed functions to the stretchable sheet 10 are held between both sheets 11, 12.
