The reducing assembly has an upper long beam min. 160 mm long and a lower short beam at least 80 mm long with cross passages, four threaded crossbars 60 to 100 mm long, four holed carrier plates with a threaded shank. In the passages at the end of the beams, there are screwed threaded shanks of the carrier plates. The holes of each carrier plate bear the threaded crossbars mounted by adjustment nuts from above and below the hole. The threaded crossbars mounted in the upper long beam are fixed in the threaded holes of the external plates from above the right and left fixing assemblies.
