The present invention relates to a hydrogel composition having a high viscosity property and a bio-ink composition including the same. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the hydrogel composition has no toxicity and has the high viscosity property by being made of a natural biocompatible material, thereby representing high mechanical stability or long sustainability. Therefore, the present invention can be usefully used in the bio-ink composition for bio-printing, a tissue engineering support or a soft tissue filler.
