PURPOSE: An abalone producing method, and an abalone shelter structure are provided to provide enough space in which abalone shells are able to grow and to be attached, and to improve the growing rate of abalones.CONSTITUTION: An abalone producing method comprises: a step of forming a guide jaw(3) manufactured by cement mortar along both sides a step of mounting a unit shelter(2) of U-shape in upper side of the guide jaw a step of mounting a valley shelter(4) on the unit shelter and a step of mounting a plate set(5) on the valley shelter.
