PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition that particularly alleviates specific hangover symptoms such as heartburn and heaviness of the head, by improving a composition containing a Curcuma longa extract in terms of the effect of alleviating hangover symptoms.SOLUTION: The composition containing the Curcuma longa extract and a Curcuma zedoaria extract is capable of effectively suppressing the hangover symptoms, particularly heartburn and heaviness of the head.
