Method of manufacturing a plant receptacle in which the following steps are carried out: a) a PLA thread is covered with a flexible aliphatic polyester, said flexible aliphatic polyester comprising from 10% by weight to 90% by weight of material organic, so that the flexible aliphatic polyester covers the PLA thread, thus creating a weldable and biodegradable thread; b) using said weldable and biodegradable thread in a woven or nonwoven process, making a permeable sheet material; c) continuously forming said sheet material until it has a continuous receptacle, putting the side edges of said sheet material in contact and welding said side edges together; d) cutting said continuous receptacle into predetermined lengths thus creating separate plant receptacles or in which said continuous receptacle is perforated substantially perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the continuous receptacle at predetermined intervals, thereby allowing separate plant receptacles to separate of the continuous receptacle.Método de fabricación de un receptáculo de planta en el que se realizan las siguientes etapas: a) un hilo de PLA se cubre con un poliéster alifático flexible, comprendiendo dicho poliéster alifático flexible de un 10 % en peso a un 90 % en peso de material orgánico, de manera que el poliéster alifático flexible cubre el hilo de PLA, creando por tanto un hilo soldable y biodegradable; b) usar dicho hilo soldable y biodegradable en un proceso tejido o no tejido, realizando un material laminar permeable; c) formar continuamente dicho material laminar hasta tener un receptáculo continuo, poniendo los bordes laterales de dicho material laminar en contacto y soldando dichos bordes laterales entre sí; d) cortar dicho receptáculo continuo en longitudes predeterminadas creando por tanto receptáculos de planta separados o en el que dicho receptáculo continuo se perfora sustancialmente en perpendicular a la dirección longitudinal del receptáculo continuo a intervalos predeter
