PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide photo-aging inhibitor compositions having a barrier function improving effect (horny layer water content increasing action, percutaneous transpiration amount inhibiting action, acanthosis inhibiting action) higher than a biogenic collagen synthesis promotion agent composition in which a conventional plant extract is compounded.SOLUTION: A photo-aging inhibitor composition is obtained by compounding animal origin collagen peptide into as an essential ingredient a plant extract from Amaranthaceae Pfaffia having collagen synthesis promoting action.
