Provided is a method for evaluating a prediction model of a suspected cancer region, which comprises the following steps: using a trained prediction model of a suspected cancer region in order to determine the suspected cancer region based on the ultrasound image of a target site, and predicting the suspected cancer region in the ultrasound image； and comparing a predetermined answer region with the suspected cancer region predicted by the prediction model of the suspected cancer region with respect to the ultrasound image, and evaluating the prediction model of the suspected cancer region.본 발명은, 목적 부위에 대한 초음파 이미지를 기초로 암 의심 영역을 결정하도록 트레이닝된 암 의심 영역의 예측 모델을 이용하여, 초음파 이미지 내에서 암 의심 영역을 예측하는 단계와 초음파 이미지에 대하여 미리 결정된 정답 영역과 암 의심 영역의 예측 모델에 의해 예측된 암 의심 영역을 비교하여, 암 의심 영역의 예측 모델을 평가하는 단계를 포함하는, 암 의심 영역의 예측 모델의 평가 방법을 제공한다.
