The present invention provides conjugated molecules (such as antibodies or fragments of antibodies conjugated to them) that are specifically linked to and inhibit the biological activity of IL-6 (such as IL-6 in humans, mice and non-human primates). In a more desirable result, the antibody or alliance fragment binds to the antibody of the invention and blocks their alliance from an IL-6 recipient.
