PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biocompatible meniscus repair device.SOLUTION: The tissue repair device includes a scaffold which is appropriate to be arranged in contact with an absent part in a meniscus. This support scaffold contains a dried-type nonwoven high-polymer material of high-density and biocompatible foam.
