PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cradle transferring device which moves a cradle onto an MRI examination table to be recovered in a PET-MRI fusion imaging system.SOLUTION: The device is provided with the cradle so formed as to make a subject lie on it, a shuttle table adapted to transfer the cradle onto the MRI examination table supporting it for recovery and a cradle housing member provided on the examination table to maintain the cradle on the MRI examination table. The shuttle table is provided with a transfer member for transferring the cradle and a transfer member drive means for the reciprocation of the transfer member along the shuttle table. The cradle transfer device is further provided with a cradle fixing means for fixing the cradle on the examination table after being transferred onto the examination table.
