The device adjusts a display tilting angle as needed, can obtain similar effects to exercises in a three-dimensional space due to various exercisers with one device and a simple structure since a result which seems to exercise by adjusting a rotating angle (Φ) of a display without addition or correction of mechanical composition if a user sits 90 ° clockwise or counterclockwise without looking directly at the display, and increases convenience by having a ball joint which can adjust azimuth of the handle.본 발명은 만성기의 뇌졸중 장애인이 가정에서도 쉽게 사용이 가능한 기구를 제공하며, 직렬탄성구동기와 5-bar 링크 구조를 가지는 링크부재로 이루어진 상지 운동 로봇으로서, 디스플레이 틸팅각도를 필요한 만큼 조절하고, 동시에 사용자가 디스플레이를 정면으로 바라보지 않고 시계방향이나 반시계방향으로 90° 돌아서 앉으면 기구적인 구성의 추가 또는 수정 없이 디스플레이의 로테이팅 각도(Rotating Angle Φ)를 조절하여 운동하는 것과 같은 결과를 얻을 수 있어 하나의 기구와 간단한 구조로 다양한 운동이 가능하여 3차원 공간상에서 운동하는 것과 유사한 효과를 얻을 수 있으며, 또한 손잡이의 방위각 조정이 가능한 볼 조인트로 구성하여 편의성을 높인 기술이다.
