A device for investigating functional connectivity of neural cells comprises: an optical stimulator applying a light stimulus to a cell to be stimulated in a nerve tissue； an electrode detecting a nerve signal of the subject cell in the nerve tissue； and a computer processing light stimulus information by the optical stimulator and neural signal information detected by the electrode, and a light gene inducing a change in cell membrane potential by light stimulus is expressed in the cell to be stimulated, so that the cell to be stimulated induces cell stimulation by the light stimulus, and the computer analyzes the correlation between a light stimulus state of the subject cell and the neural signal detected from the subject cell to derive the correlation between the nerve cells in the nerve tissue.신경 세포 연결성 분석 장치는, 신경 조직 내의 자극 대상 세포에 광 자극을 가하기 위한 광 자극기와, 상기 신경 조직 내의 측정 대상 세포의 신경 신호를 검출하기 위한 전극과, 상기 광 자극기에 의한 광 자극 정보와 상기 전극에 검출되는 신경 신호 정보를 처리하는 컴퓨터를 포함하고, 상기 자극 대상 세포에는 광 자극에 의해 세포막 전위의 변화를 유도하는 광 유전자가 발현되어, 상기 자극 대상 세포는 광 자극에 의해 세포 활동이 유도되고, 상기 컴퓨터는 상기 자극 대상 세포에 대한 광 자극 상태와 상기 측정 대상 세포로부터 검출되는 신경 신호의 연관성을 분석하여 상기 신경 조직 내의 신경 세포 간의 연결 관계를 도출한다.
