Provided is an apparatus for releasing juice from foodstuffs where washing, grinding, and releasing operations can be carried out in a continuous process. This apparatus comprises a porous belt (530) and a release roller (511, 512) which operate continuously, wherein a foodstuff is pressed between the porous belt and the release roller, the foodstuff crushed by pressing continuously releases its juice while at the same time debris contained in the juice is filtered in a filtering unit (900) and a filter (720) in a storage unit (700), and the juice is sterilized at a high temperature in a sterilization unit (800), and packaged in a fixed amount in a packaging unit (1000).
