PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric apparatus and a system capable of reflecting various states of walking in counting.SOLUTION: An electric apparatus 1 comprises: an atmospheric pressure sensor part 11 for detecting atmospheric pressure an acceleration detection part 12 for detecting acceleration and a control part 14 for counting steps on the basis of acceleration detected by the acceleration detection part 12.
