The present invention provides a method of using ultrasound oscillation to nano-package fish interferons (IFN) in chitosan-poly lactic acid-glycolic acid copolymer for effectively avoiding damage in fish gastrointestinal tract. The method includes the steps of dissolving poly lactic acid-glycolic acid (PLGA) in ethyl acetate to make a PLGA solution dissolving IFN in D-mannitol aqueous solution and uniformly mixing the same with the PLGA solution to form PIGA-IFN solution then, dropping PIGA-IFN solution into polyvinyl alcohol aqueous solution and uniformly stirring the same in room temperature after using an ultrasound oscillation machine to uniformly oscillate the aqueous solution in an ice bathing vessel, spraying homogeneous solution to chitosan acetic acid aqueous solution and removing organic solvent by stirring so as to obtain deposit of nano-particles through centrifugation and completing cleaning, freezing and drying processes on the deposit to thus manufacture nano-packaged fish interferons.本發明係一種利用超音波震盪法將魚類干擾素(IFN)奈米封裝於幾丁聚醣-聚乳酸-聚甘醇酸共聚物以有效防止其在魚類胃腸道中遭破壞之製法,其作法係將聚乳酸-聚甘醇酸共聚物(PLGA)溶解於乙酸乙酯中,配製成PLGA溶液;將IFN溶於D-甘露醇水溶液中,並均勻混入PLGA溶液,形成PIGA-IFN溶液;嗣,將PIGA-IFN溶液滴入聚乙烯醇水溶液,於室溫下攪拌均勻;使用超音波震盪機,於冰浴槽中將水溶液震盪均勻後,將均質液噴散至幾丁聚醣醋酸水溶液,藉攪拌去除有機溶劑後,以離心方式,取得奈米顆粒之沉澱物;俟對沉澱物完成清洗、冷凍及乾燥,即能製成經奈米封裝之魚類干擾素。100~105‧‧‧步驟
