PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hollow fiber membrane module which can widen the width of selection of case material, can reduce the number of components and, at the same time, is excellent in tight sealing between a seal part for sealing a gap between hollow fiber membranes and a case, and to provide a manufacturing method of the hollow fiber membrane module.SOLUTION: In such a state that an adhesion part between a first seal part 140a and an outer case 110 and an adhesion part between the first seal part 140a and an inner case 120 are respectively stripped, elastomer seal parts 151a, 152a are respectively provided on a gap between the first seal part 140a and the outer case 110 and on a gap between the first seal part 140a and the inner case 120 and, in such a state that an adhesion part between a second seal part 140b and the outer case 110 and an adhesion part between the second seal part 140b and the inner case 120 are respectively stripped, elastomer seal parts 151b, 152b are respectively provided on a gap between the second seal part 140b and the outer case 110 and on a gap between the second seal part 140b and the inner case 120.
